Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 250r platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is comprehensive and cannot be selective — you must agree to the terms in their entirety to continue using the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to register an account or use 250r's services.

Account Creation & Security
To register an account on the 250r platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Registration is permitted for one account per individual only — owning more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. 250r reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents where necessary.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, contact the 250r support team immediately. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Every 250r user is required to use this platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the security of the platform or other users. The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method to manipulate the betting or gaming system is strictly prohibited.
Users are also prohibited from spreading false information, harassing other users, or attempting to hack or disrupt the 250r platform's technical infrastructure. Any attempt to exploit technical errors or system bugs for personal gain must be reported to us immediately, and not exploited. Users who violate any of these rules are subject to immediate action, including account suspension and balance freeze without prior notice.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 250r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including online banking through FPX and local e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them. 250r reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions deemed unusual or suspicious before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time. The latest transaction limit information is available once you log in to your account. Withdrawals are processed within set timeframes depending on the chosen method — typically a few hours to three business days for bank transfers. 250r is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors that are beyond our control.

Under no circumstances shall 250r's liability to a user exceed the active balance in that user's account at the time of the incident. We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, trademarks, and software on the 250r platform are the exclusive property of 250r or its licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Where the platform contains links to third-party websites, 250r is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.
Account Suspension, Term Amendments & Governing Law
250r reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or participated in illegal conduct. In cases where an account is suspended due to a confirmed violation, 250r reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation. Users whose accounts are suspended for technical or administrative reasons are entitled to contact customer support for clarification and resolution.
250r reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform active users of material changes via the platform or their registered email. Updated terms take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed processes or the relevant legal forums in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
